Candice Johnson

Executive Director

Candice Johnson joined the Legacy Village family as Executive Director in July 2024. 

As Executive Director, Candice Johnson’s mission is to bring about as many smiles as possible. Having worked 30 years as a nurse, Candice has always been drawn to making a positive difference in peoples’ lives, and at Legacy Village of Athens, she is motivated to making life comfortable, full of laughter and rich in community. Aside from nursing, Candice also has experience working as a Regional Director and Clinical Director in the senior living industry. 

Originally from Madison, Colorado, Candice now lives in Royston and loves nothing more than to spend time with her two sons, two stepsons, two granddaughters and her Yorkie.
