With a career rooted in senior living leadership, Melissa is known for creating meaningful, lasting relationships and building communities where people truly want to live, work and belong. Melissa’s passion lies in helping people of all ages thrive, because she knows that vibrant communities are built through connection, purpose and genuine care. Melissa looks forward to growing strong partnerships, nurturing a positive culture and continuing the important work of enriching lives every day.

Outside of work, Melissa finds joy in gardening, reading, kayak fishing and spending time with her husband and three grown sons. Whether tending to her garden or casting a line on the water, she appreciates the balance, reflection and gratitude these moments bring.
