Athens, Ga. (Oct. 2024) — Legacy Village of Athens is excited to showcase their beautiful community after extensive renovations of the assisted living and memory care community. Since Legacy Senior Living attained ownership in January 2024, Legacy Village has renovated the community with fresh paint, new furniture, beautiful artwork and décor. The Harbor memory care neighborhood was updated with new colors, furniture and art reminiscent of a mid-century, 1950’s style. The memory care design is intended to take residents suffering from memory loss back to a happier time while recreating positive memories.

In honor of completing the renovations, Legacy Village of Athens would like to extend an open invitation to the public for a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 24 th from 2-4pm. Delicious refreshments will be served, there will be a brief program, and the community will be open for tours. There will also be $1000 worth of door prizes raffled off for those in attendance.
